Steve, Ive seen this photo several times over the years with different phrases attached. I am searching the web now for the real story. I believe it may have been a burial at sea, some Sailor who went down in his car in ashes maybe.
I'll find out. That is the USS Enterprise.

yes, and half of those antennas are for hanging laundry and never spin !!
