Tony's right, a little over 20,000 1969 Camaro's were ordered with the DX1 RPO option. As far as I know the only Camaro that could get the DX1 where non-SS or Z/28 cars. The Z of course got the rally stripe and the SS cars got the D90 stripe automatically when ordered. It could be deleted as well for the SS cars as denoted on the trim tag. The D90 stripe could be ordered on the base car as well.

And yes the COPO could get either the DX1 or D90.
