Bill, I just spoke with Chris P. and he told me about Fridays event. Truly amazing money is being paid for truly special 67BB cars but as they say "they are not making any more real ones".

I will miss the event this year. First time out since 1999. The changes at the hotel screwed up my long time reservation. When the dust settled.....the room rates went up another $40 per night and my room was put into a draft. I guess all these high prices on Corvettes mean that we can all pay more for entertainment.

I think 6 months time will tell the 'real' story where the classic car Corvette hobby is going. History shows

when real estate backs up....the hobby cars usually are next.
