selling parts as nos and sending repo stuff, like cross rams..this is what i heard...there is some info posted by charlie in the other thread....maybe some other problems, im not up to speed on the whole story, but just tried to work my problem thru to get a refund etc....i hear he is in jail waiting for sentencing. His family was very considerate and responsive to make the issue right. The best anyone can ask for....
