According to the COPO site that is a COPO block. Here is the info as listed on there; 647907 Scuncio Chevrolet Greenville, RI Tuxedo Black. I don't know if the car is still around but the block is worth a good bit. I'll bet there are several members here that would love to buy the block from you.
