That C-tek appeals to me.
I got twelve years out of my Delco Wet R-59 Battery by alternating the Battery Tender on it,then a Regular battery charger,back & forth routinely.
I agree,keeping the sulphation process away as long as possible,as well as the cell level up is the key.
It just recently gave up the ghost this winter..
