That's a tough one that I'm trying to find the answer to as well. The car at BJ did not have a GM crossram and the master cylinder was a replacement piece as well. They had no mention of documents either so it's tough to tell if it was a built JL8 or an original one without seeing it in person. So the $232K was pretty big money for a questionable car once again.

Do we know if it really went to a new owner at that amount,or is that the "recorded" final bid?

It was Hugger Orange, second too slow as usual. Any numbers anyway?
