Not cheap...takes a while but The Finishing Touch in Chicago does a hell of a job Jeff. I'm sure there are a lot of others but this place does nice work...in fact now that I think of it...the boys at NOS Restorations (Postsedan) on the site can probably hook you up with the guy that did the trim on the Daytona Yellow L 89 car they just did..
