The N66 "Sport Wheels for Camaro SS" were available to order from the start of 1969 production until the Dec 68 rev of Camaro ordering info. The Showroom Album revision page specifically states "delete N66 Sport Wheels".

With a body number of 256074 this car was ordered the 3rd week of January 1969, long after N66 was discontinued.

That is a repro window sticker.
