You know whats even better than a dealer plate? A Manufactuer plate. Very tough to come by however. Ohio or Michigan would be prime for my 69 Z.

There was a license plate vendor at the Kalamazoo swap last month that had a ton of Michigan mfg plates. I was too excited when I bought a U-S-A-1 plate from him and forgot to get his number. Anyone else that was there see him?

------Was the guy from Port Huron??? Was Leslie his last name??? His first name eludes me right now but he has a huge collection of plates (mostly MI.) and goes to quite a few swaps. You can find him in MI. information under "Bill Leslie and Sons" in Port Huron. He and his brother have a well known, very good trim shop up there. He has had many, many manufacturers plates that I have seen. Give him a call a call. Hes a straight shooter, and good guy.........Bill S
