Default Re: How many 66 427 425hp Biscaynes?

ZL1.FUN - You're better off going to Classic industries to buy the dual snorkle air cleaner they have for $189.00. It's the closest thing you'll find at a reasonable price. Original full size '66 L72 air cleaners are going for well over $1,000.00. There was an NOS one that sold recently for $4,550.00. Guys with original cars needing an air cleaner will fight for it. Save yourself some bucks.

Anders - Thanks! That's the 4 door I was thinking about.

John Brown - Thanks for the info on the L72 Bel Air wagon. I wonder where it is now. That would be a cool piece. Some people didn't realize that if you didn't spend the extra bucks and order a 4 speed behind an L72, you got a 3 speed on the tree. That would be interesting running down the strip and shifting like that!
