I have a very nice 1969 Yenko Chevelle Re-Creation for sale on ebay. Original SS 396 car, frame-off with everthing new or redone, and then made into a Yenko clone. Must see:

Nice car but, I think I would have left it as an SS instead of trying to make it look like a Yenko.

Looks like a nicely done car but there is something in the description that puzzles me.
"This re-creation was originally Fathom Green. Of the 99 1969 Yenko Chevelle's built only 30 or so are still in existence. Only 7 Fathom Green Yenko Chevelles were produced and only 13 of the original 99 were equipped with automatic transmission. Of those 13, only 1 was known to exist with a column shifter and bench seat, making this a re-creation of truly a 1 of 1 vehicle" Why do you mention that only 7 fathom green Yenkos were built yet you paint this one yellow? I understand that this car was originally green but it is not a recreation of a green Yenko, it is a recreation of a yellow Yenko. I'm not bashing your car just curious about the wording in the description. James
