Yes , it has been restored.
The only thing it needs is the correct steering wheel.

I am looking for a nice RIM BLOW wheel , just haven't got one yet.

I just sold my 57 chevy SATURDAY and when this sells , i have decided to buy a 70-71 Cuda , HOPEFULLY !
Thats the reason its for sale!
