Daren, I looked at that car when it was at Volo and considered buying it. I really thought it was a great car and very well done. I liked it the way it is, truly the way Yenko would have built a 1970 version of their car. I never saw the paperwork and was not able to secure it from the prior owner, but I always understood it was a real L78.

Great purchase, I am a BIG fan of that car......

Nice score Darren! Does the original L78 come with the car, or will you need to track down a dated 396?

Yes I have the buildsheet on the car and it is a real L78. I also have titles leading up to the original purchase. The original motor and trans are gone as is the case with many musclecars. But I have a correct L78 block that I will put back in eventually.

Again thanks for all the compliments.

Rick we have to wait for the snow to go away. See you in a couple weeks.

Very nice. You did well. Bring it down to Monmouth, and Laharpe this year. There's some real characters hang out there.

Congrats on your new acquisition Darren. I loved that car ever since I first saw it and is a nice tribute. When do I get my ride????
