I was told that the Camaro lost because the Chevelle was running slicks. [/ QUOTE ] This is true. The car ran 9.5" bias ply slicks, ladder bars and headers back then from what I can gather. Sounds like an excuse as to the reason the Camaro lost. ![]()

I like how you are trying to document as much history as possible about the car. That's the secret to developing pedigree. To me, it is what makes a car more desireable and legit.
