Good one, Kase~ The rest of the car was suited to the trans, although I did not take a camera.

JUST MISSED on a '70 Camaro 12-bolt for $450. Still stings a little...
Found some funky orange M/T big block covers for cheap, though

Best part was, sunshine for all three days, and highs in the 50's!

Bud and Denis must have sold everything, they were long gone by noon today ...not even any dust left behind in their spot!

Hey Bud, didja find anything to buy??

Bunch of tightwads. Thank goodness I shared the stall with Bud who bought half my stuff.

OK, got the chance to finally meet some folks from this site. Stopped by Denis' and Bud's space and asked about buying a fake trim tag. That got a good reaction Anyway, nice meeting you guys. Sorry I didn't get a chance to stop back, but I spent a little too much time at the auction and had to jet. Also sorry I missed Sam, but I got to see his sweet Camaro ragtop in the pavillion

Re: photos, I didn't take much. Here are a few cars that went thru the auction. Charger bid into the 30's but didn't meet the reserve of around $42K. 68 Chevelle SS was a real deal SS, clean car that sold before I got there, price unknown. 69 Chevelle SS was also real deal SS with POP. Nice California car with built 396. Bid to $18K, but owner was looking for $20K even. It may have sold after crossing the block - lots of people around the owner afterwards. Nice car for the money if someone stepped up. One other noteworthy car which I did not get pix of was a 68 Camaro SS with the L89 engine. Original Nevada car with a notarized affidavit from a previous owner about its heritage. For sale by an infamous Portland-area dealer who I'm guessing the Camaro guys know all about Car was announced as a restamp while on the block. The pad looked it plain as day. Bid to $62K and was a no-sale. Supposedly sold for around $80K just two years ago.

Probably a better place to be a buyer than a seller, which seems to be the case with these smaller auctions.
