Great car. Makes you wonder what would make a 60 year old woman decide it's time to buy a brand new big-block Camaro instead of a more sedate small block or straight 6?

It's the little ol' lady from Troy Ohio...... Go Granny, go Granny, go Granny go!

Terrific story. Nice ride. I'll bet she cruises like a 5 speed at highway speeds with those 3.08s.

Now we are talkin BB! This car is even nicer in person. Still has all the original color coded vacuum lines, screws and brackets. Only draw back I can see is that Benny owns it and not ME. And besides he really doesn't have it out of that heated garage, that is just a back drop. BBBBenny and the Jets!

Maybe it should be parked on the yellow brick road.

Same thing that makes the 55 year old guys on this site buy C6 Corvettes instead of the Buick LeSabres they were otherwise destined for: Good taste, a young heart, and an occasional need for speed.

Grandma's have lead feet too!! Mine had a 73 Pontiac Grand Am with a 455 in it. I can remember being with her in the early 80s when she was in her 60s. Every once in a while . She's 86 this year and still drives a 3rd gen Camaro with a 305 in it!
