mr t i have that silver vega on film making its maiden voyage down the track from the 70 s. that car was built in my dads garage in carpentersville il. i have alot of racing on tape from great lakes dragaway in wisconsin and byron dragway in il and some pictures of it as well from a car show at arlington park race track. do you know who bought it ?

i remember that car, the owners name is micky shock,he was going through a divorce a long time ago and he hid the car from his wife behind a barn out here for many years. the stripes shrunk and cracked from the sun beating down on it but i believe the paint may be o kay. not sure though. maybe ken barnhardt may know of the condition of it.as far as i know, micky is the original owner and still has it somewhere out here. |
