and window sticker for the L/78 Nova within the next few

TR 746 = Interior is Sandlewood Bucket Seats
78 78 = Paint code top/bottom Black Cherry
02C = Build date of February, 3rd week
S = ????????????????
2 = Exterior moldings - ???????????
0617 = ????????????

I've got a fast question for everyone. The build date is
the 3rd week of February 1970, but the rear has an assy.
date of October 16th, 1969. This is four months before the
build date of the car.

How out of kilter is this according to the norms?
