It looks like a 1969-70 Pontiac GTO 400/350HP w/o Raim Air hood.
It should have a chrome top that fits to the edge then. |

That base also came on other early 70's 455 cars such as Grand Prixs and GTOs. These will go for much less, unless of course someone throws a small lid on it and calls it something else
