2 different cars.The FL car was an auto with green interior and tall spoiler.CA car was a 4 speed with black interior and short spoiler.

This car was discussed before and was located in Florida about a month ago so it looks like someone is flipping the car. Has no rear bumper guards and a 1978/79 steering wheel.
