[ QUOTE ]
That's funny and reminds me of the first time I drove a car. I was 13 also... [/ QUOTE ] Wow, you guys started driving late in life! I actually drove a car alone for the first time at age eight! My Dad worked for an implement dealer and needed to pick up a farm truck to take in for some service. I went with him to the farmer's house; he drove the truck back and I drove our '51 Chevy home. My Mom almost killed him when she found out! ![]() As for the first car.... it was a '57 BelAir Hardtop/283 "PowerPack", 3 speed. Still Have It! ![]() When I bought it, the original 4 barrel was gone and it had a two barrel on it. Wasn't that way long as I replaced it with a 780 Holley and a '65 L79 intake. (She never starved for fuel! ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm the second owner, and the original owner called me a couple of years ago asking about buying it back. I think I'll just hang on to it. ![]()
