Ken,I agree with you about the "Fat Cat Lawyers" driving up the cost of health insurance.I probably would not have to work right now if I would have sued a former employer over a machine malfunction that left me with a skin graft on my left hand.But I am not that kind of person so I let it go.As for GM,they need to trim the fat to get profitable.The company I used to work for had to do the same thing to turn it around.They laid off up to about 18yrs seniority,called some back when they got thier poop in a group.Needless to say I didnt go back to spend the rest of my working time on second shift.GM will get it figured out it is just going to take time and alot of concessions by the workers and management if they want a job in the Generals house.Good luck to all of them.
