The prior owner states that the motor in the car is a 396. I think I may have confused you guys on that earlier. The 427 is supposedly not in the car. He bought the car from his brother with the motor out. He stated that his brother offered him $16,000 to buy the car back.

Back when the car was running with the 396 in it not the way it is now. The brother is gone. I mean way gone. In that the case the motor won't tell us anything right?
