Sad situation for whoever's involved but is there any possibility it was Michael Schumacher driving this piece? . I just don't understand how he doesn't seem to have enough sportsmanship in him to finally retire and go race World Sportscar or something else....at least it would let others have a small chance at total wins someday? . Just my 2 cents Canadian (almost 1.7 cents US) ~ Pete

Speaking of the 427 Z06, it is just a matter of time before we read a similar story about one of those brutes being driven wrecklessly or without undue respect for it's power.

GRB, there were pictures of a totalled C6 ZO6 on the Net about a week and half ago... upside down and jammed under the back of a semi trailer.

[/ QUOTE ] It's already happened... http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...p;forum_id=100 Apparently a young dutch journalist launched it too hard pulling out of a gas station...
