I've always been a Fender guy, but the Les Paul is a pretty amazing piece. Its a Cherryburst Classic and has tone like a LP should. I got it for a graduation gift, and have played it maybe a half dozen times. My dad bought me a brand new black '83 Strat when I was 8 years old that I still have today. I used to be pretty serious about learning to play when I was younger, but now I just jam around once in awhile for kicks.
