840 BBC heads

Wanted 1 set of BBC 840 heads that have not been ported and stuff. Needed for pure stock racing class. Would like to pick up so somewhere near Fargo ND, or rochester MN. Within a few hundred miles preferred.

Condition wanted would be anything from cores to rebuilt. No cracks.

I have a turn key set dated in October of 1968 that are rebuilt and ready to go with screw in studs. Stock ports with mild polishing on the exhaust bowls. Can ship to you if interested. I will take $1250 for the pair and shipping.

Hey Rob, its Mike from over at V8buick. I have asked you some questions about your yenko before. I dont know if I told you but Im trying to assemble an L78 for a 69 nova.

Dennis, I will keep you in mind, what part of the USA are you in. Im going to have to check my dates on my manifolds. I guess Im basing an engine on exhaust manifolds. I dont really care about dates though, the only sticky part is the polished exhaust. Anyone know how I could re-rough it?

I live in Ohio and can ship the heads to you. I also have two other sets of 840 heads with one set ready to rebuild and the other set has one done and the other complete but will need gone through. Call me if interested and we can go from their 330-638-0511.

I have 2 sets - i don't know if you still need some - to my knowledge these have not been molested - one set is March 69 and other set is October 68 - would like $1,000 for each set. I am in North Iowa - not too far from Rochester, MN
