Seems like yesterday,I was watching them on UHF Channel 44 WSNS here,as that was the only station that would broadcast them & Harry Carey drunk by the 6th inning.
God I miss that Old Stadium,and those Southside beer vendors walking the upper decks yelling, "Hey Beer Old Style!"

The Cards have actually hit Lidge decent lately, but they screwed up by letting Oswalt dominate them in Game 2... but, the Cards are uncharacteristicly leaving folks on base and not hitting worth poo...it ain't over till it's over!
