I was bidding on this car as if it were a real deal. After getting advised of this issue I emailed the guy. He responded by saying that he was not aware that the car was a clone. Needless to say I was outbid immediately by one hundred dollars and I will not be doing business with him. Now I am concerned about the other car I am bidding on (ebay item # 4581073921) Is it real???

Referring to Ebay 4581073921 , if you read the wording carefully he does not actually say if the partial VIN is on the engine. Everything is listed as "correct" so that's a red flag to me. Silver stripes are wrong for sure and he doesn't mention what type of 4 wheel disc brakes it has. Based on the VIN the car is too late for the chambered exhaust too. With so little meaningful information, I can't believe the car is at $45K.
