I also gotta give a big thanks to Geoff Stunkard for the article, he's truly a professional at what he does, and a genuine "car guy".

Thanks again for all the compliments guys... The local bookstore still doesn't have the November issue.

Kasey... I have been bringing a display of memorabilia to SCR each year since 1999. Every time i get home with a few more broken display cases and 2 weeks worth of unpacking, I say I am not going to do it anymore, but I always have my arm twisted a little to crate the stuff up again the following year! While I can't bring everything I have, I try to have something "new" each year that no one has seen before, as well as some of my favorite items. I sometimes think its "redundant" to set up a display at each SCR, but there seems to be more and more new members coming to the reunion each year that enjoy seeing some of my collection. As long as you guys still like looking at it, i will keep bringing it. Hope to see you all at SCR9...

Joey, glad the arm twisting worked. Hope I did not break anything.

Hopefully the display AND your Deuce will return to SCR9. Both are special.

BTW, nice writeup. Did Geoff do that at York?

Yes, Geoff S. had been talking about wanting to do an article about my memorabilia collection since about 2003, and when I had the chance to get my Deuce to the York show in 2005, he decided it would be cool to do an article on the car and the memorabilia all in one shoot... He took a ton of pics, and is a super guy to work with. I'm still shocked that these pics were all taken just over 2 months ago and have already made it to print! That guy doesn't mess around!

I agree, it sure is a great collection. Oh yeah, Bob fell asleep not long after he told me about your display.

I finally got my issue today... In leafing through it, I also wanted to point out that there's a nice article on page 11-12 (also by Geoff Stunkard) about the York US30 Musclecar Madness show that many sYc members attended on July 8-9. Mike G. and his cool 70 Pro Stock "Grumpy's Toy" is mentioned, along with some cool photographs of other show attendees.
