Did Hutson's Yenko collection sell complete, or was it separated?

I thought the Gold COPO had Ed's Certificate and some other paper work?? I almost bid on it because I thought it very cheap but thought to myself that something had to be up with it because of the price.. Glad I went with my gut feeling! The same guys who had the COPO had a few other really nice cars there..They also had the Orange RS/Z Crossram that sold for 130k..That still blows my mind!!! I ended up bringing my LS6 and there was probably 10 others there it seemed..I always choose to bring the wrong car.

The gold car didn't have a certificate from Ed. Also, don't forget, at 1.7 mil, the total comes to $1,785,000., assuming there was no deal cut on the commission. Anybody care to venture a guess on how that would break out among the five cars?

Mike, is that a trick question? It is hard to get to $1.785M using known sales numbers of other cars. Certainly a big premium for buying them together.

Yeah, it's pretty tricky alright. I'm just wondering how one would break out the relative values of the '67 vs the '68,& '69 Camaros, and, the Chevelle & Nova. For instance, is 300 each X four, plus 500 for the Nova make sense? Plus 5%, of course.

That's the good thing about buying a package of Yenkos, you don't need to put exact values on any of them. That's great to see the collection stayed together(at least for the time being). The L89 trim tag is not an original GM tag. It has nothing to do with characters overlapping. So what was this Orange RS/Z28 crossram car that sold for that high of a price?
