When Chevy got rid of the Camaro Cowl Hood at the end of the '69 model year that idea would have been the way to go and worth at least 10 HP.
Note: John Delorian said the Cowl hood on the 70 Camaro "looked like a coffin" so the idea was nixed from the factory. Phil
