NO CARS WERE PRODUCED DURING THIS TIME. -from : 1968-69 GUIDE BOOK BY RICK BIZZOCO Not sure how this worked out or if it applies to all models or just Corvette. I know I have seen Camaros with May dated trim tags. Also not sure if the strike affected engine plants. Have seen lots of late April casting dates, and am aware of at least one DZ motor assembled April 24. Hve seen May dated heads, distributors, exhaust manifolds etc. Did it just affect car assembly? Anyone know the scoop on this? Haven't checked out the book yet. Lynn

I assume you're talking Norwood. There was no June 69 strike there.
The strike that Lynn mentioned is St. Louis only.
