realistic price for 70 Z-28

There seem to be quite a few claimed numbers matching 70-71 Z28's in very good condition out there for low 20's to 30K. Then all of the sudden you see some frame off cars that are listed for $45-50K. So I would think a NOM car would be in the mid teens to mid 20's. But it really seem to depend on how accurately it was restored. The question is, are some of these 70-71 Z28's actually selling in the $45-55K range or are those cars asking that and actually getting in the 30's? My comments are based on observations of cars I see for sale, not based on known sales.
