35 to 50k is no longer considered big money unfortunately. You won't find a CORRECTLY restored Z for anywhere near 35k anymore IMO...everything has gone up and so goes the 70 1/2 Z's...and the 71+ Chevelles and ....on and on...nothing cheap anymore.

Is someone thinking of selling an Orange one? It is one of the best I have seen in a long time.

Some values have been posted on some top of the line cars but what about some lower condition 70 Z's. As I asked above what about a 1970 Z/28 with solid body and complete interior but missing the motor and tranny would be worth? Car is solid but needs restoring. I.E. paint, interior work, etc..

Lets go to the lower end of the curve.

I must have gotten a deal on my '70 Z. Hugger Orange, white stripes, deluxe sandalwood interior, 4.10's, M-22, RS, AM FM, matching #'s front to back and only $2,900 with fresh paint........Oh yea, that was in 1980. Glad I still have it.
