Sam...If you think I can do anything here, let me know. I am amazed that the people you spoke to at the Plant didn't take care of this. Mabey I can get someone higher up? Let me know if you want me to persue it.

[/ QUOTE ] I really appreciate all you have done already, the plant guys were helpful but could only get me so far, Im now back to the original guys supervisor and he is checking on the time, he has until tomorrow, I sent them a proof of loss which shows amounts I had to pay another company to do MY work and how much money our truck generated while in service, they would be very smart to just give me a new truck which is one 10th of how much I lost and could sue them for..
