Default First build dates for single piston calipers

Does anyone know when the first single piston calipers were used on Camaros??? Everyone knows 69 but--- whats the possibility of a very late build 68 having the single piston type calipers??? My car has 2 pc rotors and single calipers and looks like it's never been touched but??? Any help Thanks

Pretty sure they have a date code. Just three digits which indicate the day of the year. Been a while since I looked at mine.
