I know in NYC trucks cannot use recaps on the front----Just think if they start to peel while driving---Steering/control

--The best recaps are hot caps actually heated on , but again don't use them in the front
Whether hot capped or cold capped--you should see some sort of seam where old meets new--It is more prominent on a cold cap recap------------
