Mark, this car does exist but it is not anything special as far as body or panels go. Nothing out of aluminum like the Z11 Impalas. I located this car years ago with Alan's help and it is still owned by the second owner. He bought it from his uncle in 1968. It has not been on the road in years and is need of a restoration (which it will be getting very soon). This is probably the rarest 65 Chevelle to exist as it is not like the Z16's as it has a higher hp engine and some other special stuff. It will make a public debut before long..............RatPack...............

WOW, great to hear something about it. Sounds like a very special car. I spoke to a man that claims to have seen it also and he said that it currently has an Oldmobile engine in it? Is this the same car? What color was the car, does it have a race history, and what are the other special things about it. Thanks for your reply.

Mark, it does have the Olds drivetrain down to the axle. The car is black, any other color would not do. As for race history, by the original owner maybe , none by the current owner. More will come out later on down the road around October or so..............RatPack....................
