70 SS Body Tag, Vin Plate, Firewall Stamp Question

The car in question has no stripes on the build sheet nor does it have a flapper hood, it has the non-functional cowl hood. The interior is black, bucket seat with console, TH 400, IP gauges. The car was painted 73 corvette blue when I bought it, but I did see David Gilsmer's car on ebay and got a good look at citrus green.

And yes, I do also have a 70 SS convertible, 396/350 car. I bought the 13637 just after high school and the 13667 during college.
