The only 2 documented T/A hooded Hemi-Challengers were both built in May and June of 1970. Right after the spring run of T/A's built. I don't believe the T/A hood was around much before that. Certainly not in late 69. I doubt that car left the factory with a T/A hood. If it did, it should have code N94 on the build Sheet. They only left the factory in black. Patrick
