Yeah, in the beginning we had an ancient threaded-type bulletin board, that was a freeware type run through Bravenet or somewhere? It wasn't worth a piss, so I took a bare bones *evaluation copy* of UBB classic and hacked and modded the crap out of it...that lasted a couple years, but I got tired of being the sole tech support person, so I bucked up and got the licensed version of the software, which evolved into what we have now. The original threaded forum software that we started with only kept the last 50 posts, regardless of how new/old they were, and anything past that 50th post was deleted by the software...a crappy way of doing it, but it was freeware, so the price was right...
