The standard deuce brochure has the sport mirror option, as does your window sticker - why would they dispute that option? What a pita!
The mirrors were dealer installed, obviously, along with many other items on the deuces, so they can't dock it for dealer installation. The mirrors are actually Hurst/Olds, Hurst/SC Rambler items, but in black instead of white/chrome. They are not the Talbot mirrors of Shelby usage. You have the correct ones on your car, so they can't dock it for the wrong version. I guess it's just a knowledge thing for the AACA judges, the car is 'new' to them.
