Thats odd isn't it! What about Jay Leno's GT? Maybe that was more of a publisity stunt for Ford but he has his car for a little while now! There is a high volume dealership near by that is shedualed to recieve a new GT. I cannot wait to go shoot some pictures of it. I too was thrilled to hear Ford was starting this project.

Great Shots Larry! Neat find... I bet you shocked!
Here are 2 shots from the Javitts Center.
Digital Cameras are amazing little tools... Right Bruce!

Enjoy

They've been out since last summer and are all over eBay. MSRP of 150 but still selling at around 200+. You guys are lucky, in Europe they rationed them off to people -- you had to apply. They've only given them to sports stars, entertainment personalities, etc. Needless to say yours truly was unsuccessful. I know a guy that owns a private equity investment company ($$$$$) and a few old factory racing Fords that got turned, too. He bought one in the US and flew it over.

BTW the new ones are actually 42 inches tall, I think.

All I know is this is one that I just might part with my old '73 Pantra for. (Just in case someone out there has tired of theirs and wants a OLDER totally original car)

Come on Chev get off your duff and build something exciting again.....

Thanks for the praise for the pic. It is sure hard to get a centered shot with one hand at 70 and your heart beating that hard. Or was it something else hard? ..... (Owww I am so bad)

Sure wish my powerball ticket would hurry and hit it big. I know I will go blow most of it on things like that GT40.
