As you can tell, we had a great time. I need to thank my crew, Howie, my nephew Brad and his friend Caleb, plus Harry, Ken and John who pitched in when needed.
Still got a few bugs to work out, but the car ran well. Best ET so far with a 5.856 @ 116.11 in the 1/8 mile. And hate to admit it, but this was with the chute out about half of the way. The car left hard, lifting the front end quite a bit. As it did this, I lifted a tad, and when the car came down, it bounced a couple of times, when caused the chute to come out. Harry was there to his competition license, which requires 6 single passes. He was right around 9.60s all weekend, with the last pass on Sunday in the 9.50 range.
