Mine is an 04D and your sheets (pieces) look identical to mine. It almost appears that the sheets were torn or cut off?

Very strange.

What plant was that Pontiac built at?
That one looks to be a professional cut with a razor tool.Most likely when the trim shop was assembling the seat material,they inadvertently cut the buildsheet in the process.
I recall some Chevelle owners finding the exact samething on their cars.

Interesting..I know of six 1969 Chevelles built at Framingham Mass.(G) Plant that have their Buildsheets cut in nearly the same identical fashion.
They stopped Chevelle production after the 1969 model year.
