Ouch....that hurt.... Must have been the same thing the Mustang guy was thinking

Bet this hurt too, lol - the 454 Chevelle guy prob thought the same thing.

Outside

Inside- Its just a board with a cam and gauges we throw in the pass seat (fuel gauge is boost)

Thats an older movie from when the block was stock, I remember we were in the staging lanes together and talked. I was very respectfull as I checked out his car and complimented it. He was very talkative, but afterwards I saw him at the food stand - he really didnt say much.

fwiw, I still want something American besides my truck - lots of nice C5's going cheap...

hey I love my Amercian muscle but I have been to the other side and played with VW's...they can be made to run very hard on not much money...be it air cooled or water pumpers.

so dont count out all the ricers you may pull up next to..more of them are figuring out how to tune them properly past bolt ones.

btw..12sechonda..nice pass..

That's incredible! Very cool. Better to hold your thoughts and let your car do the talking, right? The Chevelle is the sentimental favorite but even the old king can't win forever.

Rick,

I used to feel the same way. I said Bull$hi.t No way, they cannot be that fast... Then I took a ride in a single cam VTEC back in 99 and felt the same power rush at 4 grand that I recalled as a kid in my Z-28.

So now I have them both. My Chevys and the Honda when I want to hammer something - and rev it to 8000.

Good Run Mark. I feel bad for the guy with the Chevelle. I like the 454 cars.

Phil
