Did the previous owner stick the paperwork there or did he not even know there was paper work under the seat?

When I got the car, the guy said he never touched it. He only had the car for about 1 month. There was no motor,tranny,driveshaft or hood & still he said it was too clean to make into a race car.  When he got my Vega (which was completly gutted inside, but all steel outside), he immediately ordered all fiberglass for it.  (It only weighed 2300lbs in race trim.)I think if he would have kept the Camaro, he would have done the same. </font>
