Steve...I would contact someone like Jerry MacNeish or Bill Hodel. They do a lot of smog system work. They should be able to help, or even do the job for you. Good luck.

I just recently saw a pair of non-smog that were converted to smog manifolds. This guy does them in a fixture in a CNC machine. You can not tell when there done. Looks like the factory did it. Takes at least 4 different tools to do it correctly. PM me if you want him to do yours. Guaranteed perfect.
