I have also seen the tail lights without the reverse light in them. The white part is red and I'm not talking about an RS lense. These were the standard lenses.

12bolt. Looks like you may need to spring for some NOS tail light lenses. Should be some on Ebay for, oh, 12 gazillion dollars a pair. Good thing you don't need a radiator cap, huh?

[/ QUOTE ]No dangling wires. It has a Bulb that acts as an extra Brake light. I think it looks cool and it is the way I got it, so I am leaving it be. I will have to check the Harness to see if it is spliced or if it could be some kind of off road deal?? here is an actual quote from the First Owners Best friend about the car, "Man, the Day after Billy brought that Car home, we tore them Exhaust Manifolds off and put a set of Hooker "Super Comp" Headers on there!" when I first came to this site, I frequently saw the Term "Day 2 Car" used. I never heard it before, nor had any of my Car friends. I pm'ed a member who graciously explained it to me and It makes total sense! so I had a quiet Chuckle to myself as this Guy recounted the events of the Purchase and subsequent ACTUAL "Day 2" Activities!!! ![]()

I've never seen or heard of a 69 camaro with no reverse lights...I wonder where those lenses came from... maybe a chunk of tailight spliced into where the white portion was? Weird stuff...
